Welcome to Home Cinema Club Part 2: Electric Boogaloo! For our second installment we’ll be watching the Sundance Grand Jury Prize Winner I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore. Don’t worry, the movie isn’t nearly as long as the title.

The directorial debut of actor Macon Blair follows Ruth (Melanie Lynskey) as she dabbles in the fine art of revenge against thieves, thugs and your average neighborhood basket of deplorables. And, hey, Elijah Wood is part of the cast too as a ninja-star-throwing nerd!

If you missed the primer (quasi-pun intended) on how HCC works, it’s pretty simple:

1. Watch this month’s film in the comfort of your home, or your cubicle (we promise not to tell).

2.  Come to The Lift on the last Tuesday of the month at 6pm.

3. Share thoughts, impressions, interpretations, or pictures of your cat with other local cinephiles.

4. Enjoy! And don’t forget to tip your bartender.
